How can I desactivate or reactivate my internet or telephony contract?

You can request the deactivation of your internet or telephone line comfortably in the web form www.excom.es/baja

Remember that you must register before the 25th of the month prior to which you wish to effect the discharge. For example, if you want your internet line to be disabled on October 1, you must apply for the decrease between September 1 and September 24.

You can request it any day of the month. You will receive an invoice of the amount corresponding to the prorated quota for the remaining days of the month

In the case of mobile telephony, flat rates and bonuses can not be reactivated during the month after a deactivation. They can only be applied for the first day of the month following the request. The line can however be activated, although it will only be for consumption.

Does EXCOM has permanence?

It depends on the modality of contracting. If you decide to buy the equipment, the stay will be two months. And if you choose the option to rent, the stay will be 24 months continuous.

Once the permanence is finished, you will be able to cancel the services as many times as you need, but you will have to notify us with 30 working days in advance. In the purchasing mode there will be no costs during the down payment. In the form of rent, we will not turn the service fee during the low period, but the rent of the equipment. After a low, you can request at all times the reactivation of the service: this has the same cost as the initial activation. Can I increase or decrease my speed?

All our satellite Internet services allow you to navigate at the same speed but have a monthly limit of variable data download depending on the contracted rate.

If you choose one of our advanced rates (Tooway 25 or higher) you can navigate without limits from 00:00 to 06:00 hours during the 7 days of the week. Specifically, during that time slot you can download any file without consuming absolutely nothing of the Gb that you have contracted.

If for any reason you have exceeded the data franchise for a month, you can contract a Volume Booster (additional Gb) to continue enjoying the 22 megs of speed offered by the Internet via satellite. Or if you wish you can also opt for a rate change, to vary the contracted data limit.

For your convenience, you can perform any of these procedures through web forms.

What is included in the price and how is the installation?

The high price optionally includes the installation, as you can decide to do it yourself or through a qualified installer.

In case of contracts requested as a self-installing kit, you will receive at your address all the necessary equipment to connect and you must carry out the installation.
If you prefer, an authorized technician can go to your address to carry out the installation. In this case will take care of placing a small satellite dish outside the house and make the wiring to the interior of the house. In no case is there any wiring system inside the house. The installer can propose according to the distribution of the house and its needs, an additional internal distribution solution, based on the budget and according to the client’s instructions.

The activation of the service in our systems has an additional cost that varies depending on the modality of purchase or rent of the equipment.

Do you have to buy the equipment?

You can choose between buying or renting equipment.

Do I need a phone line?

We offer internet connection via wireless networks (Wimax or 4G LTE) or satellite (Tooway). These technologies are characterized by establishing communication via radio or satellite link, so it is not necessary to have a conventional telephone line. If in addition to connecting to the Internet you want a fixed or mobile phone line, EXCOM makes these services available to you.

Do you have the Tooway Fixed IP Satellite included?

These tariffs are intended for individuals and do not contemplate the possibility of contracting a fixed IP address to have a unique address on the internet, as if it were a telephone number. If you need a fixed IP, you must hire one of our advanced solutions for companies. You can request additional information by sending an e-mail to adm@excom.es.

Can I open ports?

What forms of payment are there?

All fees are paid on the 1st of each month, in the current month by direct debit or by card. Bank accounts must be from the European Union.
In case of choosing domiciliation by card, the card must be enabled for electronic payment.
